SERVER NOT WORKING

I did the set-up guide i have "Heartbeat successful" but when i start my server, i can't launch the game, and if i launch the game before lauching my server i can't see it in the server list. I set-up my port fowarding in my firewall and my box, i want to launch my server in the same pc for playing.

You must start the game before the server, if on the same PC
You not seeing your own server can be normal, what matters is if people from the outside see it or not 10/20s after you boot it up -
