I'm having trouble logging in to the Launcher

I get this message every time, anyone know what I need to do?

If I had to guess you are one of the guys ignoring the guide which tells you not to pin the launcher. And you are starting the launcher directly which causes you to not get any updates at all, running into that error.
Start plutonium.exe instead of starting the launcher directly.
