Authentication ticket could not be verified on own server.

hello. me and my friend are trying to host a bot server for lan and since he couldn't use the serverkeys website even after verifying the ownership of mw3 i decided to make the server key for him, but when we try to join the server it puts this out: "Your authentication ticket could not be verified because the server you are trying to connect to is not authenticated to Plutonium."
