I've had this problem for almost a year now, everytime i try to open up BO2 my bootstrapper gets stuck on running call. I'm playing on bootcamp on a macbook pro and the game used to work fine until one day it stopped opening up. I put it in my exclusions on windows security, bought a real copy of the game, but nothing has worked. Black Ops 1 works fine, both MP and zombies, but both modes dont work for bo2, and i havent tried any other game but i might try mw3.
