Not saving level progress
-
Hello Guys
I'm new here and played since yesterday about 5-6hrs Black Ops MP with Pluto. Now I see, that when I go offline for a longer period (12hrs or less) my stats won't save / just a part of it. Yesterday I played until LvL29, today started again at 16, played today until 42 and now I'm back at 27... is this a known issue and why?... and what can I do, so that all the progress get's saved...
Kind regards

Okay, ive been to every forum and every thread.
Please someone from staff help us fix this.
This is a major issue. No zombie stats are being saved. Ive played a few games and my rank never changed and when i close the game and re-launch, all stats are 0. No games played, no kills nothing. WE NEED HELP PLUTONIUM STAFF. -

I highly doubt that, since then you would know what is included in the next update and you would have not posted this before that update releases.

I don't want to be "that person", nor have I scoured every post (though, a good few). But is there any definitive user-end fix or aid to this issue until said update is released? It's been 4 months and I have no idea when said update is due. (Not that "when" matters - it'll come when it comes.)
I'm only replying directly because there's been zero answer from staff on all of the other forum posts I've looked at with this issue.
In terms of something more constructive however: I wondered if it might be possible to use a user profile backup system to solve the issue? I don't know if that's viable with Plutonium as it is with something like SPTarkov, though. Especially since the issue seems to be user progress not saving in the first place.

The update in question is released, the comment was from a time it was broken for everyone.
Nowadays it seems to be just issues with bad internet connections.
