Error al iniciar BO (T5)

Cuando quiero iniciar el Black Ops me aparece el siguiente error
Si alguien sabe como solucionarlo, el juego no lo descargue de Steam. -
Por lo que veo esque falta un asset,intenta reistalando y sino funciona busca el assest en google lo descargas y lo pones dentro dela carpeta correspondiente(nose cual la verdad) pero reistala primero que es lo mas facil
