this mod for improve graphics for terminal_cls map and all codmw2 maps that are in mw3 iw5 game
and other more walls , floor , glass textures

(important note) some iwi files may not loaded as these files using cod mw2 (iw4x) game files name
i just convert dds files iwi from codmw2 game to mw3 iw5 iwi converter tool
80% of mw2 iwi files use same names on mw3 iw5 game so 80% of iwi mods work fine

i just convert dds files to iwi for mw3 iw5 game without change iwi name files , 80% of them loaded fine
i use iwi_dds_fast_converter V1.40 Made by kokole to convert the files this tool is the best as its
convert from iwi to dds 3D to iwi again for any call of duty game so if you want convert gloves from black ops 1 to iw5 it will work and convert the 3D model as iwi again you need to run as administrator from proparties by using this tool no need to use mod.ff method

extract in game folder "main" or in appdata plutonium
extract SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3\main

you can do additional improvement graphics settings for whole game
by use this method

1-from nvidiacontrolpanel change everything as x16 and apply for your iw5 game
now after that open player2 folder for steam or other client and for platinum from here
C:\Users\yourcomputername\AppData\Local\Plutonium\storage\iw5\players
open
config_mp.cfg
search for and change to this you will find these as "4" not 16 make them 16
this is very important and will make the game look better looking

now save file and open the game

1-new mini map raider for only dlc maps mw2 &mw3 dlc maps that are in custommap folder for mw3 game
2-new loading screen for mw2 maps that are in iw5 mw3 game
3-update dome texture file i add seatown texture also optional texture
4-snow optional mod and night visions remove z_snow.iwd to remove snow
and use and extract backup sunny vision.rar to back the visions maps as sunny maps
5-some improvement iwi files for mw2 maps in custommaps folder

sick dude they look awesome now hope it dont hit the fps to much cuz mine hardly plays 60 at max setings

GhostRider0125 i play on 200 fps i become mad if it lower to 120 fps i didnt check the fps while playing ill see later you can send your tests here and let me know i dont feel happy with this mod as it has huge iwi files numbers that may cause drop fps on the game i wish i can make them less by check useless mw2 files on mw3

i say its better to have the resolution of each texture at max 1024 by 1024 cuz pass that you wont really notice a difrence why do 2048 heck 4096 is overkill even 512 is nice

Excellent work with the textures in HD, although in the case of Terminal I would leave the planes as in the original. As for Favela, in case you have plans to improve its textures in the sense of giving it the same great color that we just saw in the remake for the MW3 2023?
