Private Lobby Problem (Black Ops 1)

I have a question, my friend can't join a private session and what appears in the photo is what he sees. When he invites you, it's a similar problem. Can someone explain what this is about? He can join a standard server, but not a private one.

I will say this. I don't have to configure anything because it has already been set this way for x amount of time. When I play with another friend, there are no problems, we play and play. Only this one friend is unlucky and something like this happens to him every time someone invites him to a private lobby, either in zombie or multiplayer. I do not know what's going on. Because the game works, when I run solo in Zombies it also works, the same on the server when I search. But the private lobby doesn't work, so I don't know what's going on. Regards.
