Plutonium portable?

Is there away to make plutonium portable?
I love the project and all but when downloading mods and that it takes up lots of storage on %appdata%
If we could make it portable, we could have more storage and be able to save the mods -
How is being portable and taking less space related? Are you simply trying to install mods in another folder/disk?

plutonium default is in %appdata% if was portable instead of it being on that folder it uses the on one we want it to e.g "D:\plutuonium" this folder has all data inc mods so this would be save space on c drive
