Problema de sonido y el mapa de origins al entrar esta en blanco

hola, tengo 2 problemas uno es de que cuando juego el plutonium ya sea bo1 o bo2 no tiene sonido y el otro es que cuando juego en el mapa de origins la pantalla se queda en blanco pero si muestra la barra de vida y eso.. si es que alguien sabe la solucion.
