"It appears you have selected an invalid game folder" every time

i'm using the steam version and whenever i try to launch bo2 it said that I selected the wrong folder
as far as i can see i have the files i need in there.
i've tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times, and the issue doesnt occur with bo1 or waw -

You are clearly missing files, either you broke steam or you are a pirate trying really bad to hide it.
The solution is the same tough, get steam to install a non broken copy of the game. -
