Help, with login.

I made my account 5ish hours ago and played a two or three short rounds of zombies, logged out and when I came back my account has a week ban on it. I'm really new to this whole plutonium thing, I followed the setup guide pretty well but is there something I could've missed while setting it up to get me banned?

read the anti cheat policy, it lists a few things that can get you banned so you might have done one of them
