setup is not working

so yesterday I downloaded it without a problem set up my bo2 and everything worked just fine but now it doesn't work so I try to set it up again and whenever I set it up it just doesn't let me pick a file and the setup button just doesn't change into the play button I've tried restarting my computer, uninstalling my game, my launcher my torrent file and nothing works it still doesn't let me pick a file even though I do. Any ideas on how to fix it ?
