Problem on BO1 Der Riese

A friend and I are having an issue playing BO1 Der Riese. At random our character models get stuck moving along the sidewalks at the back courtyard where power is located. The only solution thus far is jumping over the sidewalks, but that's annoying. Obviously frustrating while trying to train a horde of zombies and getting stuck in place on the floor's geometry. Is this a known issue or are there any solutions to fix this?

It exists for Steam and on console as well. Can be annoying at times.

How high are your fps? Certain maps have issues if they are too high.

powderoo That's the refresh rate. If you have it on, there should be a small box in the corner that shows the Frames Per Second currently. I recommend that, or just to roll the dice on the FPS based on how much it stutters (I play somewhere between 60 and 45, and it starts to stutter at roughly 20 FPS, with it barely running at 1 frame, where I drop to constantly.
