Plutonium Account cant get back in

Hi there, ive been using BOIII for a number of months now and wanted to use plutonium for BO2 and went to create an account and it said my name was already taken. So i tried to log back into my original account and didn't get a reset password email. Is there anyway of verifying that the account "Poiyo" is mine so i can log back into it and delete this new account ive just made.

Thats weird, ive been using "Poiyo" for years on my League account PSN and socials and ive never seen someone use "my name" before. What makes it seem like it doesn't belong to me if you don't mind? I have 2 other main emails that I use but i see nothing from plutonium so it may not be mine, but that leaves me confused on how I set up BOIII because the account creation date on "Poiyo" is the same time i downloaded BOIII to play Rev with friends.

Actually that last part wasnt true so this may actually just be someone using the poiyo name also, strange...
