display issues

The game window appears to be launching off screen? i can hear only the sound, not sure why i haven't changed anythings. I tried the following (both failed):

1- Find r_displayMode and change it to be like this: seta r_displayMode "windowed (no border)"
2- I tried to re-install plutonium.

Any suggestions , Thnx

Change vid_xpos and vid_ypos.
Move the window through Win+shift+Arrow Keys.
