Cant update Plutonium For a Year Now i need Help or im going Insane

So since somewhere in 2023 Plutonium stopped working with the famous Updater Message and even though i uninstalled everything and when i start the launcher it says following

Im helpless i just wanna play BO1 Again
I tried things like uninstalling Avira and all that

Canaanite Just uninstalled Avira and my Version is 22H2 and im using Windows Defender

Do you use the default DNS server of your provider?
Is your date and time correct? -
I tried the default one and google and yes time and date are correct

Cryther VM's are blocked, wont work.
some things I can suggest is FlushDNS, make sure your Router isnt blocking downloadable files (brands like xfinity use "Advanced security" features that flag unknown websites/uncommon so files wont be installed), try using cloudfare DNS, restart router, try Revo Uninstaller to make sure your AV is actually gone (some do registry edits n such). I doubt these will work, but its worth a try if you're up to it. -
