How does the "scripts" folder work?

I've been trying to figure out how to use the scripts folder in t5. Does it work similar to Black Ops 2's modding system? I'm trying to use multiple mods at once so I can run Solo Easter Eggs with another mod on. Thanks.

You can run multiple scripts at the same time yes. Unless they conflict ofc

I have a put gsc scripts into the folder, but it seems none of them are taking effect. I don't know if it's an issue with the scripts I use? (teh_bandit's Solo Easter Egg Mod, Director's Cut Mod, and Legacy Mod for reference) or with something extra I have to do, but none of them work, even by themself, and they all use gsc files to operate in-game when in the mods folder.
