Unsure if players can access my server

My server is up on
https://plutools.pw/s/VX5KkCflW2 but not in-game server browser

How do i make sure it's open for everyone to join? My ports are open 2706-27017 with an Heartbeat successful on cmd console and such but i see no activity.
