Plutonium Stops work...

So ... I have been trying to use plutonium for 2 days now, it stops working, these 2 days I have been trying to find various solutions, both downloading programs, uninstalling and re-installing Plutonium, and even diagnosed it with Exclusion .. The most I got was this:

Posting in a thread that has nothing to do with your issue = thread hijacking. That's what you are doing right now.
Google how to open cmd or powershell in a specific folder.
