Не могу запустить лаунчер

нажал на (Установить) установил, а вот лаучер не запускается.
при новой установке Windows и при первом открытии plutonium.exe приложение отображается на моей панели задач в течение ~ 1,5 с, затем закрывается и ничего не делает, ни одно всплывающее окно не выдает -
