BO2 Server Identity Stolen and Constant DDOS

Hello,
Looking for a plutonium admin, there's currently a server that stole my server's name and identity.
We believe that they are also CONSTANTLY DDOSing us and other servers, including big name servers like VZLA and MANIACOS. We don't have full proof but we are almost certain it is them.
Regardless, is there any action we can take towards this? At least get them to change their name. I understand you may not have any say if they are able to DDOS us, but I think it is wrong that they stole our name and is using that to populate their own servers.
Screenshots are the people who stole our name and added an extra (1) or (3) at the end. We do not work with these people nor did we consent to them changing their name. Thanks!!

I will post this on the staff chat, but don't expect too much, IMHO nothing will be done.
You can't proof who is ddosing you and the server name is very generic and already stolen from BO3.EDIT:
Seems like it is you lucky day, the guy impersonating your server also did impersonate other servers which had a name which is not allowed. While the original rule breaker did change his server name the copy cat did not, so he got banned a few hours ago. If you use the search you can find him complain on the forum for the "unfair" ban.

Going to try to improve the DDOS protection in the meantime.

Well, normally that name was from a friend who had a server with me, I am the owner of the vzla server and if I had ddos problems, the only way to solve that is to look for a provider with good ddos protection and I know who the crazy person is who copied your names.
