what's going on i can't connect to any game

i've been playing bo2 on plutonium for 2 years and everything was so smooth now suddenly i've got this error which is "error download game settings" i've searched around people say i should redownload the game, and now i've to legally purchase the game to be able to play???
what's going on should i buy it to be able to play now?

@thekillingcondom You have to buy the game in order to play plutonium. Either way you won't get support on cracked versions. Since you haven't heard of the news since boiii, xlabs, and sm2 shutdown months ago.
