I was banned for hacking and I don't know why, I'm legit and I want to prove that I don't have any suspicious files

Did you buy the steam files legit? or did you pirate them? After several other clients got shut down for piracy I presume they made a new rule in their terms of service where if found playing online without the "legal game files" aka with pirated files. You might have been banned for that reason.

We don't do anything as such. You will have to wait 7 days for your ban to expire.

But it was installed by the official Plutonium site. Has you have been removed, can it be the cause of this problem?
