Plutonium launcher doesn't wanna download.

Basically for the past couple of hours I've been trying to download plutonium launcher, I've tried many things downloading Microsoft software, restarting my pc, even going into my own works and messing with stuff and I've tried to manually add it to my antivirus and it didn't work i even deleted my antivirus and still didn't work.
Any suggestions would help<3 i just thought i would ask maybe someone has had my problem and fixed it.

It shouldn't be detected by your antivirus. Windows antivirus is all you need.
