Im having trouble logging in

So my pc isn't working correctly right now and even though my lan cable is plugged in there is no internet. I have tried plugging in my ps4 lan cable that works fine for my ps4 but it doesn't work on my pc so currently my pc has no internet. I decided to play plutonium after a while and my login isnt working. I know it by heart and proved so by logging onto forrum with my phone, and I understand it is cap sensitive so like my name I used all caps. For some reason when I try to log in it tells me "authenticating..." then a red box says "A trouble occured while logging in" are you just not able to login with an offline computer or is there a problem with my pluto?

You can't login to a service without an internet connection. The point of logging in or signing in is so your login information are sent to an authentication server which then authenticates whether you are actually a valid user. So no internet connection means you can't play using the launcher.
