Registration Not Working

Good afternoon friends,
One of my pals is trying to create an account for plutonium so we can play online together, and every time he tries to register and puts in a password and username, it says that the password he is trying to register with has been found in a data breach and he has to choose a new password. Even when he chooses a new password, it still says the same thing. Any suggestions to fix this problem...?

Use a password which is not part of a data breach
Use a generated password and store it securely -
