i dont have the game folder

i installed plutonium.exe, i have bo2 installed through steam, and every tutorial shows this damn "pluto_t6_full_game" folder but i dont have it??? i genuinely dont understand. its like whenever someone downloads the exe they just have it, but i dont?! pls help
