Plutonium Glitch

Ever since i have downloaded plutonium and setup the games I have been experiencing a problem where whenever i press play it opens PowerShell doesn't type anything and closes.
I have tried almost everything, i redownloaded it, try to fix it through windows security, checked the game files, made sure my computer could run it, etcetera. So i wanted to post this on the forums to try to get help -
