Black Ops 2 issue with Mob Of the Dead

Me and my friends try to do the MOTD ee but for some reason the warden's key appears randomly. It appears in some games but in other games it doesn't. We've seen that we need to be playing in Original difficulty and we apply that setting but it doesn't solve the problem.

Me and my friends try to do the MOTD ee but for some reason the warden's key appears randomly. It appears in some games but in other games it doesn't. We've seen that we need to be playing in Original difficulty and we apply that setting but it doesn't solve the problem.
There are 2 spawn locations for the key, one in front of the Cafeteria and the other in front of the Warden’s Office. Make sure to check both.
