Is there a way to keep the launcher open when I launch a game?

As title says. I haven't found a proper launcher settings area and I usually jump from Bo2 and Bo1 frequently enough that I want the launcher to remain open.

LiterallyGuts no, gotta re-open it, but you can open it with a game running
Solution might to write a .bat/.ps1 script that detects process closing
