Email verification

When I boot up the launcher a yellow text box appears saying I have to verify my email on the forum or risk losing my account. I've had my account for around 4 years, and haven't seen this notice before, nor can I find where to verify on the forum. Am I missing something?

Go to "edit profile" > "change email" follow the prompt. Worked for me.
