Cant locate Plutonium file

im trying to install mods for bo2 plutonium but when i try to find the folder it does not exist i have looked every where on my pc and still cant locate. i tried to unistall and re install however i cant because the file doesnt exsist. I have plutonium.exe and thats it i can play the game fine but cant intsall mods. please someone help me out with this i have tried everything on the internet and nothing works .
