Lost access to first plutonium account

I am the email owner to [email protected], and made an account, which i stupidly lost the password to, when i tried to reset it it would not send me the email for that specific account, so i made a second account, but i already had linked my steam to the first, locking me to linking it with the 2nd, i either need access to the first account, or for it to be unlinked or deleted
