Game not found in it's correct directory

Hi, I've been having trouble trying to play in Plutonium lately. I changed the directory of the game to the folder it's saved on, but for some reason it still does not let me play and it just crashes before letting me do anything. Can someone help me please?

just this files, I'm not sure if it has to have any other ones, the game runs normally when opened through Steam

Did you already install it through Steam? -
It was installed on the "C" Disc through Steam, though now I'm Installing it on other disc via Steam again. I'm not sure if it will work but eh, it's worth a try.
