False ban (ban appeal)

I’m a call of duty editor and was using a theatre tool on a different game to get cinematics and when I was trying to play blackops 1 plutonium to get cinematics I was banned I thought I was on offline mode and was banned for 14 days I have never cheated on plutonium or been banned before I’m not sure if you can see what software was open but it’s just a theatre tool and it was a accident if I can please be unbanned I’ll appreciate it my user name is vPryce
