Games crashes when starting

Same problem, on me it crashes just as I press play on the launcher. It barely opens the bootstrapper for a millisecond, then everything becomes unresponsive and crashes.
Edit.: windows 7 isn't supported anymore and we have to upgrade to windows 10. I'm pissed as fuck -
Does it crash on the launcher, bootstrapper or in main menu?
