Hi, i have a pc where the game worked well 2 years ago, but now that our friend group returned to bo2 it's not working anymore.

When i open the client (new versión and updated) works well, but when i execute the bo2 game it opens and after a second it crashes while the cmd displays this error:

    A critical exception occured!
    Exception Code: 0xC0000005
    Exception Address: 0x13C5794E (plutonium-bootstrapper-win32.exe)

I have tried to re download both the plutonium.exe and the bo2 game, deleting all the appdata files for plutonium and disabling every type of antivirus/anticheat in my pc.

Could anyone help me find a solutionfor this, it's very sad my Friends can't Play with me

what bits do you have? 32 or 64?
If its 64 download the 64 bits plutonium app
if its 32 download the 32 bits plutonium app
If it doesn't work, check your pc specifications and health, maybe your pc wants a maintainance or some components aren't compatible/doesn't work anymore
Try downloading the bo2 of the bits version of your pc (32-64)

If none of this works try using vpn, changing your windows version (I recomend windows 10, windows 11 is very unstable and some pc's can't handle it),or changing your pc (its very sad changing pc but if it doesn't work properly and cannot be repaired the only thing you can do is changing your device)

PD: Sorry for my bad english
