Odd disconnect issue with bot warfare dedicated server

Recently set up a dedicated server to play with some friends. Initially server was working correctly, however when I reset the server to adjust difficulty upon reconnection, everytime we shoot we are immediately disconnected from the server. I cleared out and reset the iw5 storage folder but that did nothing. Unsure of what exactly is causing the issue. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
