Not enough Hardcore MP matches

If anyone is listening, please make more Hardcore servers in BO1 and BO2 multiplayer.
99% of servers are core and the only hardcore ones I've seen either are password or have rules that make the game not as fun as if it were played normally.
FFA, TDM, Domination, all the game modes would be nice, but I'd be content with even just a Hardcore TDM.
