Error Message on launch of WaW; D3DCOMPILER_43.dll not found

In the troubleshooting section for WaW, there is a link to github to download a patch that repairs the redists that would fix this issue. The link leads to a non-existent webpage. Is there another way to download the redist repair patch? I have already tried deleting and redownloading Plutonium, which the error message recommends you do.
Any help is appreciated!
