I tried to open bo2 zombies and it banned me immediately. Is there anyway I could get unbanned or is it permanent?

One person decided to cheat on the steam deck. Got banned for it. Steam Decks have the same hwid. So, that one person ruined it for every Steam Deck user. Its already well known.

your ban should be removed within 7 days of ban (if it was your first offense).
you'd have to wait it out.
you can also ask on Discord, higher chances of getting an answer.
also, play on PC, to avoid these unexpected "surprises". -
