Launcher log-in says account not found

Evening all,
when attempting to log in after 2 months I am met with a message telling me no account found, despite me typing this from that very account.

any help greatly appreciated

The username in the launcher is case-sensitive. The capitalisation shown in the screenshot doesn’t match the capitalisation of your username on the forum.
