Plutonium doesn't support campaign. Play the game on steam without plutonium.

WolflexZ Why then is it written in Plutonium itself World At War COOP? And it also says here that if you enter my IP with the port in the console, then can connect to me. And if my friend and I are on the same local network via Radmin/Hamachi, we won't be able to play in the company either?

@adolfplay1488 Lobbies are disabled for all plutonium clients. To start your coop campaign, type xpartygo in the console and then launch your game. Then your friends can join using your IP address and port, for example, connect 192.168.0.1:28960. Alternatively, you can host a local server with a password, and your friends can join through the server browser. If you ever need to restart the map if your friends join in late simple type fast_restart
