Bo2 ZM Server Hosting Issue (dlls are missing)

When I try to start my server I get an error saying that D3DCOMPILER_43.dll and XINPUT1_3.dll are missing. Is there any known fix? (I host on a Windows Server)

The Re-Installation of DirectX solved the issue. I'll Post the link down there for others who need help.
