Error while launching BO2

When i launch Black ops 2 in LAN Mode, it gives me error:-
Exception Code: 0xC0000005
Exception Address: 0x13CBE394
It only happen when i launch in lan mode but not in normal mode.
I have a low end pc. Specs:-AMD A4 3330mx (2 cores, 2.2ghz) 4GB RAM
If that matters.
Also the plutonium launcher stops responding as soon as the Games launches.
I have the non steam version, I used the wayback machine to torrent the black ops 2 files from here. -
