Plutonium not reading dedicated.cfg

Hi everyone.
I've noticed that the mp_server.bat isn't reading my config file.
However it's in the directory that's shown on the bat file.
If I set it to just "set cfg=dedicated.cfg" it doesn't throw the 'not found error', however, it still doesn't find it.
Any help is much appreciated
