got banned while playing solo zombies on WaW just messing around using commands and got banned for a week are commands while playing solo bannable?

I'm pretty sure you cannot be banned by just messing with console commands. To sum it all up, you triggered the anticheat system. I wouldn't recommend trying to bypass, or your ban will automatically get 7 days extended.
