no audio in bo2

Ive done everything, installed directx 12, directx 9, made sure its sound is up on volume mixer. The one thing I dont see is . The only thing I see is . Dont know why its like this, please fix and help me.

Check your sound settings in window settings and sound output in game. Could be third party application sound affecting if you have any.
