So many hackers

I just downloaded this launcher and played one single game of bo2. The opposing team went 160-40, it wasn't because of bad matchmaking. It was because of hacking. Two players (and potentially a third) were hacking. I spectated them and it was obvious that they saw where everyone were on the map and they pre fired everyone and everything. They also were moving faster than everyone and didn't miss a single shot. These two guys were mikeyates2001 and IXIVMM as for the third guy who I suspect was hacking I wont drop his username since I was not 100% sure about him. Is it this normal to run into hackers? This experience was bad but I hope it was a bad fluke and not the standard.

The best thing to do is report them and provide proof with video evidence of these players. The main reason video proof is required is because there are many false reports of actual good players being banned. Most casuals forget that this game has been out for more than 10 years, and most veterans know all the spawn points, wallbang spots, pre-fire known locations, etc. Make sure to provide it to the server owner or admins of the server you're playing on.
